Responding to Rutenberg’s disfavor with distributing VHS videotapes to potential buyers, they desired another solution that provided more information and allowed the user to access information from a greater variety than what a VHS tape could provide.

Solution
A solution using an interactive CD-ROM was created for distribution to model home visitors, used as a direct mail tool, and displayed in the model communities.
