Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services was a major third-party administrator of small group health plans. The company represented many major insurance carriers, and marketed to their agent base and to an independent agent base.
To provide associates and selected customers with company information, an internal communications vehicle needed to be created. The initial production of Profile as a glossy magazine-style communications piece did not achieve the desired results and ran over budget. Profile was then revised into this tabloid style newsletter offering more employee-oriented and written articles.
